In anticipation of the Season 7 premiere ~~that hasn't come out in America yet~~. EDIT: Saw the new episode. LOVED IT. Moffat, you've done it again.

So this started out with me finding these brushes [link] and I was like, "Hey! They work for GIMP!" and I really wanted to try them. I thought they would make a perfect Doctor Who sky, so I started racking my brain to figure out what to draw. My friend and I started a Doctor Who marathon the week before the new episode came out, and I watched the Night and the Doctor shorts. When I got to that quote, I was like, "I wanna draw that!" So I did. XD

I will forever love these two together, even long after River's gone.

It shouldn't make me sad, but it does. I really love what you've done with the lighting. I'm definitely believing the like-daylight-but-magic bit. (Someday, I too shall have a tablet I can draw directly in GIMP in, and then I will be happy.)
